Bookings are finalized when you receive a booking confirmation email from us. At the time of booking you must ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from us within 24 hours, please contact us immediately
2. Check in:- In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of a No-Show, One Night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.
- Check-in time is from 2.00pm & check-out until 12 Noon.
- Family Plan: No additional charge for children aged 12 and below when sharing parent room with no extra bed required.
- Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
4. Payment:You agree to make a payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Book IT!" button on that page. This amount will be shown as either the total pre-paid amount of your stay, or as a deposit of the total amount of your stay (with the balance to be paid by you to the accommodation provider upon check in). A non-refundable booking fee will be charged by us for each booking as shown on the booking page.
Rates are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
For deposit bookings (i.e. which are not fully pre-paid) our booking confirmation email to you will constitute a valid booking voucher as evidence of your partial payment to the hotel. To guarantee your booking with the hotel for deposit bookings your credit card details will be securely communicated to the hotel reservation department for entry into your reservation profile. Should you fail to arrive or cancel within the cancellation period the hotel reserves the right to use this information to charge your card.
5. Changes to Bookings:If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our Customer Service Centre info@info@seapearlvillasphuket.com. ,my for contact details. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that:
If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made. For deposit bookings the deposit is non-refundable.
6. Requirements upon Check-in :You will be required to provide us your booking confirmation and a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges such as meals, drinks, laundry, etc. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we may ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by us and may be provided to us and your credit card provider for verification purposes in the event of a disputed charge. For limited types of booking (e.g. where the credit card holder is not one of the nominated guests), to protect you and us against fraud we may send you a credit card authorization form by email after you place your booking. These bookings are conditional upon us receiving back the signed credit card authorization form.
7. Site Information:We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, as considerable information is accessed from our accommodation partners, we are not unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

9. Copyright:Images and content on the info@seapearlvillasphuket.com site may not be copied, saved or used in any format other than as incidental to your permitted use of the site.
10. General:I understand that by selecting this (I agree) Terms and Conditions checkbox (or anything else), that I have read and I accept the reservations terms and conditions stated on this page. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and at least as old as the minimum check-in age of the hotel for which I am making this reservation.
I also understand that by selecting the confirm reservations button, that I am authorizing a charge to the credit card number provided for any specific deposit requirement and or cancellation fee that may apply, subject to the rules of the rate as specified above.
